SCHEDULE

• Video sessions throughout New York and Massachusetts on Mondays through Fridays
• In-person sessions in Red Hook, NY on Monday through Fridays
• In-person sessions in Great Barrington, MA on occasional Tuesdays

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
• CDPHP

OUT-OF-NETWORK INSURANCE:

Medicare: I am a non-participating provider with Medicare and can provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.

Bard College Students (Anthem Blue Cross): I am out-of-network with Anthem but can submit e-claims to help with your reimbursement process. There is a $500 deductible, and afterwards Anthem covers 70% of the cost, which can be received as a direct deposit into the student’s bank account.

All Other Insurance Plans: I am out-of-network but if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement from your insurer. I can submit e-claims to help with your reimbursement process. I recommend checking your coverage by calling your insurer before scheduling a first appointment.

SESSION FEES

• Individual Psychotherapy  – $185
• Couples Psychotherapy     – $250

PAYMENT Payment in full is due upon receipt of a monthly invoice. You may pay with cash, check, Zelle, Venmo or credit card.
